摘要
应用气压弹道碎石机经输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石236例，结果219例原位碎石成功，成功率为92．8％，平均碎石时间5．9±2．7min，术后1～3个月碎石排净率为99．1％。认为气压弹道碎石机是目前与输尿管镜技术结合比较理想的一种碎石工具，具有高效、安全和容易操作的特点，值得推广使用。同时指出输尿管镜入镜成功是碎石的前提，结石适当固定是碎石成功的关键，而结石被上推移位是导致碎石失败的主要原因。
236 cases of ureteral stones were treated with ballitic lithoclast by means ofureteroscopy. 219 cases of them were treated successfully in-situ with the cure rate of 92. 8%. Themean time of lithotripty was 5. 9±2. 7 minutes and the stone free rate within three months was99. 1%. It is indicated that ballistical lithoclast is a new good model of intracoporeal lithotripsy forureteral stones combined with uretersocopy with the advantage of high efficiency and reliable safetyand easy to operate as well. Demestic instrument of ballistical lithoclast is almots as good as the imported for their efficiency and effect. It is suggested that the domestic device should be used moreand widely at home in account of its better ratio of benifit over cost.
