摘要
目的建立盐酸青藤外敷散中盐酸青藤碱含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，Diamonsil ODS C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液（0．01mol／L磷酸氢二钾溶液，加1％。三乙胺，用磷酸调pH至3．0）-甲醇（80：20），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长265nm。结果盐酸青藤碱在0．446～4．46Pg范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为：Y=9．01×10^6X＋102803（r=0．9999）。平均加样回收率为99．2％，RSD=0．68％（n=9）。结论该法操作灵敏、准确、重复性好，可作为盐酸青藤外敷散的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of content in Sinomenine Hydrochloride external applied powder. Methods Diamonsil ODS C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used in HPLC with mobile phase of phosphate buffer （0.01 mol/L K2HPO4 solution, and 1‰ triethylamine, pH was adjusted to 3.0）-MeOH （80 ： 20）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results The linear range of Sinomenine Hydrochloride was 0.446-4.46 μg and the regression equation was Y=9.01 × 10^6X＋102 803 （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 99.2%, RSD=0.68% （n =9）. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be applied to control the quality of Sinomenine Hydrochloride external applied powder.
