摘要
目的：研究高效液相色谱法测定石杉碱甲的方法及条件。方法：色谱柱ＡｌｔｉｍａＣ１８，流动相为甲醇－０．１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１醋酸铵缓冲液（ｐＨ６．０）３６∶６４，检测波长３０８ｎｍ。结果：石杉碱甲在３．０～７．０μｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内线性关系良好，其回归方程为Ｙ＝１８１１．８７Ｘ－２３４．９０，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为９９．９％。结论：本法快速，准确。
Aim:An HPLC method was developed for the determination of huperzine A capsules.Method:The chromatographic conditions were:column alltima C 18 ( 4.6 mm×150 mm);mobile phase,methanol 0.1 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate buffer(pH 6.0 )(36∶64),detector was set at 308 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 3.0 ￣ 7.0 μg·ml -1 ( r = 0.999 9 ).The average recoveries( n =5) of huperzine A were 99.9% ( RSD = 0.9% ).Conclusion:The method is accurate and rapid.
