摘要
毫米波波导缝隙阵中耦合缝隙公差是决定缝隙阵性能,尤其是谐振频率特性的一个主要因素。为此,分析耦合缝隙公差对缝隙阵性能的影响具有十分重要的意义。首先,针对耦合缝隙长度和宽度的变化,对谐振频率的影响进行了分析,给出了加工耦合缝隙的公差控制要求。其次,由于实际天线中大都采用圆形头缝隙,且矩形头缝隙变为圆形头缝隙的两种等效方法中,等面积等效具有较高精度。因此,针对等面积等效缝隙对谐振频率的影响进行了分析,并给出了圆形头缝隙长度的修正公式,仿真所得结论为高性能波导缝隙天线阵的设计及加工提供了依据。
For the millimeter wave slot array,the tolerance of coupling slot is a dominating factor to determine the performance of slot array. Specifically, it is important to the resonance frequency characteristic of the slot array. So,it is significant to discuss the effect of tolerance upon coupling slots of the slot array. Firstly,the effect of slot dimension upon the resonance frequency is analyzed,and the tolerance requirements of machining are presented. Secondly, because bulletheaded slot are widely used in slot array antenna,and equal- area transformation is more accurate in two kinds of equivalent methods from square-headed to bulletheaded slot. The effect of equal- area transformation upon the resonance frequency is analyzed,and the modified expression of slot's machining dimension is presented. The numerical results provide conditions for designing and machining of high performance slot array.
