An improved algorithm for adaptive image watermarking in wavelet domain

摘要 分析传统小波域自适应水印算法鲁棒性不够理想的原因,提出改进的小波域自适应图像水印算法.利用噪声可见性函数局部分析能力强的特点,在小波分解后的子带中查找容噪能力强的位置嵌入水印,并结合小波域视觉可见误差门限JND值实现水印强度的自适应嵌入.实验结果表明,改进后的算法不但保留了视觉效果好的特点,而且在水印的鲁棒性上得到大幅度的提高. An adaptive watermarking algorithm was proposed on the basis ot anaiyzmg the reason of unsatisfactory robustness of traditional adaptive algorithm for watermarking in wavelet domain. Making use of strong local analysis ability of noise visibility function, the places with high noise-tolerant ability were sought to embed watermarks in a sub-ban after wavelet decomposition. The intensity of watermarks was adaptively embedded by using the value of threshold JND of visible error in wavelet domain. It was shown by experimental results that the improved method not only kept a good visual effect but also greatly enhanced the watermarking robustness.
