摘要
针对生产中铝锭表面出现的飞边、夹渣、表面波纹过大等影响外观质量的因素,从生产实际出发,分析认为由于铝液流量不稳或扒渣速度过快而形成飞边、夹渣;由于扒渣不平稳形成同心圆状水波纹;由于水的汽化和氢气的逸出形成泡状水波纹;从设备本身的结构分析认为由于链条的多边形效应和爬行以及在生产过程中的冲击、振动等是产生沟槽状水波纹的原因.从铸造工艺、设备、设备维护与管理3个方面提出改善措施.实践证明,这些措施的综合运用能有效提高铝锭的表面质量.
Aimed at the influencing factors on aluminum ingots surface quality such as the overlap, slag inclusion and surface ripple, and according to the actual production practice, it was found from analysis that the overlap and slag inclusion were caused by instable aluminum fluid flow or the deslagging was too fast; the concentrical ripple was caused by unstable deslagging, the spumous ripple was caused by vaporization of water and escape of hydrogen. The groovy ripple was caused by polygonal effect of the chain and its craw in the equipment, or unexpected impact and vibration in production process. Therefore, improvement measures were put forward in connection with casting process, equipment, equipment maintenance and management. Practice has proved that the integrated use of these measures could effectively improve the surface quality of aluminum ingots.
