摘要
某型号发动机研制已小批量生产,但作为该型号发动机壳体的重要部分——大长径比薄壁组焊件圆筒的质量和制造工艺的可靠性并不高,时常因其工艺可靠性低而导致旋压圆筒的质量不稳定,尤其是母线直线度、辅助定心部跳动、内表面粗糙度几项关键技术指标。本文主要介绍了在提高该型号旋压圆筒质量和工艺可靠性方面所做的改进工作,通过开展大长径比薄壁旋压圆筒高精度控制工艺研究,最终使得长4200mm的大长径比薄壁圆筒组焊件实现了无焊缝整体旋压成形,产品质量有了显著提高,同时提高了该型号壳体的可靠性。
The improvement measures of spinning cylinder quality and its technology reliability have been illustrated in the text. On the basis of the research of high precision control for thin-wall cylinder with large length- diameter ratio,finally the weldless cylinder of 4200 mm in length has been produced,which improves the cylinder quality and the reliability of the shell.
