摘要
本文基于PLC设计出一套电子凸轮系统,文章从硬件选择、程序编写方面进行介绍,重点介绍了编码器的选择、凸轮信号的程序流程图、安全部分的设计思路等方面。该系统具有价格低、使用维修方便等优点。
An Electronic cam system has been designed on the basis of PLC in the text. The selection of hardware and design of program have been introduced with an emphasis on the coder selection, cam signal program processing diagram,and design method of safety reliability. The electronic cam system has properties of high reliability, low cost, easy service and maintenance.
