The AC Servo Drive and Energy-saving of the Forming Equipment

摘要 制造领域节能是降低单位GDP能耗的关键,成形装备是制造业能耗大户,应为节能的重点。分析了目前成形装备能耗高、效率低的根本原因是负荷特性和驱动方式的不匹配:周期尖峰短时大负荷和刚性不可控的驱动方式。提出了实现成形装备节能化的驱动控制基本原则:快慢可控、大小可调、该停则停、能量回收。基于大功率交流伺服电机的伺服驱动可以实现成形加工负载和动力的良好适配,不仅能实现成形装备的高自动化、智能化,而且还可以显著节能。以曲柄压力机、液压机和螺旋压力机为例进行理论分析和实验研究,运用伺服驱动技术可以实现25%~70%的节能效果。 The main reason for high energy consumption and low effect in forming machine industry is that the unmatching between large loading at periodic peak and rigid uncontrollable driving. The crucial issues in driving process of energy-saving forming machine have been introduced in the text,such as,controllable velocity, adjustable volume, be ready to stop, energy-recycle.The AC servo motor based on large power solves the unmatching issue, which implements the automation, intelligence, and energy-saving. Taking the crank press, hydraulic press, and screw press as example,the theory analysis and test have been conducted. The servo driving can reduce the consumption of energy by 25%-70%.
