摘要
近年来,我国高校大学毕业生的数量剧增,由美国次贷危机所引发的全球性金融危机对我国经济的冲击,大学生就业面临着严峻的挑战。转变就业观念,鼓励和引导大学生自主创业,对缓解我国大学生就业压力具有十分重要的现实意义。但就现实看来,大学生的自主创业意识比较薄弱;创业所需要的经济、企业管理等方面的知识相对缺乏;创业所需要的社会实践经验、人际沟通和交往能力也明显的不足。这些都需要建立完整的大学生创业教育体系,通过对大学生进行良好的创业培养,为他们日后的成功创业奠定扎实的基础。
In recent years, because of the sharp rise of the number of univercity graduates in china, and the impact of the globle financial crisis caused by America＇s subprime crisis, chinese univercity graduates are facing severe challenges to get employment. Changing the traditional idea of getting employment, encouraging and guiding them to become self-employed could be a very important and practical siguifieance for chinese univercity graduates to release the pressure of getting employment. However, in reality, univereity graduates ＇ awareness to start their own business is weak. They are lack of the knowledge of economy and business management which is necessary for setting up a business, and they are also lack of the experience of social practice and the abilities of communication. It requires to build a intergrated education system for univereity graduates＇ irmovative undertaking. The good enterprise education to the univercity graduates can lay a steady foundation for their successful innovative undertaking in the soon future.
