摘要
目的探索日本血吸虫尾蚴标本制作流程的改进。方法启用灿烂甲酚兰、伊红染色,改革制作流程,省略了传统制作中的固定、分色、脱水、透明等步骤。结果制成的日本血吸虫尾蚴标本,结构清晰美观,虫体弯曲自然,无卷曲、重叠。结论改进后的方法效果好,提高了标本的制作质量,而且操作简单易行,值得在有关教学与科研单位推广。
Objective To improve new technological process of making Schistosoma japonicum cercaria specimen. Methods The process of making Schistosomajaponicum cercaria specimen was modified by using brilliant cresol blue and eosin staining,fixation,colour separation,dehydration and clearing of traditional method. Results The structure of the specimens were distinct and beautiful,the polypide bends naturally without winding and overlapping. Conclusion The modified method improved the quality of the specimen in addition to simple and practical.
