摘要
针对高校学报影响因子偏低的情况,分析其影响因子的制约因素,认为其制约因素主要包括外部因素和内部因素。外部因素包括学科因素、作者因素、编辑因素和检索机构因素等;内部因素包括论文的学术水平、编校质量、学报的知名度、论文的出版周期和刊物情况等。最后,对如何提高学报的影响因子提出了4项具体措施,即:提高论文的学术质量及编校质量,缩短出版周期,提高学报的显示度。
Given the low impact factor of university journals, restraints of the impact factor are analyzed, and it is found that these restraints include external factors and internal factors. Subject, author, editor and searching agency belong to external fac- tors, while academic standard, editing quality, fame of university journals, publication cycle, and the journals themselves be- long to internal factors. Finally, four specific measures on how to improve the impact factor of university journals are given, namely, improving the academic quality of papers, improving the level of editing and proofreading, shortening the publication cycle and improving the publicity of university journals.
