摘要
采用单相动作电位记录技术,观察家兔冠状动脉结扎前后心室复极离散度(MAPDd)的变化。结果显示:急性心肌缺血后MAPDd即到增大,10-40min增大更显著(P<0.001),而对照组则无明显变化(P<0.05)。两组比较,缺血前MAPDd无显著差别(P>0.05),缺血后各时相均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:急性心肌缺血使心室复极离散度增大.是缺血性心律失常的电生理基础之一。
To explore the electrophysiologic changes after acute myocardial ischemia to provide an experimental basis for clinical study was done. The changes of dispersion of ventricular repolarization were observed be fore and after myocardial ischemia using monophasic action potential technique. Results: MAPDd was immediately lengthened after myocardial ischemia and significantly lengthened after myocardial ischemia during 10 to 40 minutes (p< 0.001),but had no significant change in controls (p>0.05). Comparing the two groups, MAPDd had no difference before myocardial ischemia(p >0.05 ), but had significailt difference after myocardial ischemia(p<0.01). Conclusion:Acute myocardial ischemia may lengthen the dispersion of ventricular repolarization and it is one of the electrophysiologic basis of arrhythmias resulting from myocardial ischemia.
