摘要
目的通过133例拔牙术后出血病例分析,总结拔牙术后出血的防治。方法对133例拔牙术后出血病例的牙位、出血时间以及出血原因进行统计学分析,探寻拔牙术后出血的原因。结果后牙位拔牙后12 h内因局部原因造成的出血最多见。结论局部、全身多种原因可造成拔牙术后出血,而避免拔牙术后出血应以预防为主。
Objective To summarize the prevention and treating of hemorrhage after extracting tooth. Methods We go on a statistics analysis to the 133 patients who hemorrhage after extracting tooth about the tooth place, the time after extracting tooth, and the reason of hemorrhage. Results Hmorrhage after extracting tooth in 12 hours because of local reason is very common. Conclusion Lots of reason can result in hemorrhage after extracting tooth. Precaution is a best means to cure hemorrhage after extracting tooth.
