摘要
成人高等教育学士学位的授予工作是学位工作的重要组成部分。成人高等教育学士学位授予工作仍然缺乏对成人教育的正确认识,普教化模式严重,标准不统一,缺乏灵活性。沈阳农业大学为提高成人高等教育学士学位授予质量的措施,取得了许多实践经验,建立科学合理的成人高等教育学士学位授予工作管理体系,加强教学管理队伍建设,确保学士学位授予质量完善成人高等教育学士学位授予制度,建立成人本科教育的学位授予质量保障体系;成人本科教育的学位课程、毕业论文等重要教学内容与全日制本科教学并轨;加大宣传力度,引起社会重视,提高成人高等教育学士学位的含金量。
Conferment of baccalaureates on adult-education graduates is an important part of the degreeconferment work in China. The phylogeny of conferment of baccalaureates on adult-education graduates since the resumption of the college-entrance-examination system is reviewed. And the problems in proceeding this work are analyzed, such as misunderstanding of adult education, over-generalized educational system, failure in unification of standards, lack of flexibility, failure in attaching much importance to the adult-education bachelor＇s degree,and so on. In order to improve the quality of the work of conferment of adult-education bachelor＇s degree of Shenyang Agricultural University, a scientific and reasonable management system has been established; the teaching staff management has been enhanced; and positive explorations have been made to guaranttee the quality of the conferment of adult-education bachelor＇s degrees. Moreover, suggestions are made for the future work, reform and innovation of the baccalaureate conferment： first, perfecting the system of bachelor＇s degree conferment and setting up a guarantee system; second, integrating the important adult-education-related teaching contents, such as degree courses and graduation papers, with the full-time undergraduate education; and third, strengthening the propaganda work and trying to attract people＇s attention to improving the true value of the adult-education baccalaureates.
