摘要
介绍铆合机气液控制系统的设计方案。以压缩空气为动力源,采用气动回路进行控制,选择气液增压缸作为执行元件,利用气压传动和液压传动的优点,既满足铆合机出力大的实际需要,又保证设备结构简单紧凑。
A design on the pneumatic - hydraulic control system for reviting machine is introduced. This system adopts the pressurized air as the power supply and is controlled by pneumatic circuitries, and chooses pneumatic - hydraulic pressure cylinder as power element. It made full use of advantages of pneumatic and hydraulic transmission. It meets actual needs of reviting machine's large force, and made the equipment keeping simple and compaction.
