摘要
以高岭土为基体,利用硫酸钛水解,在高岭土表面形成一层二氧化钛而制成高岭土/TiO2的复合粉体。探讨了高岭土/TiO2包裹机理;进行了高岭土/TiO2包覆量的理论计算;研究了用液相沉积法在高岭土颗粒表面包覆二氧化钛的工艺参数,重点研究了悬浮液浓度、反应温度及搅拌速度对包覆效果的影响。实验表明:在悬浮液浓度为5%、反应温度为80℃及搅拌速度为600r/min条件下可制备出包覆效果良好的复合粉体。
The kaolin/TiO2 composite powder is made by coating the surface of Kaolin with a layer of TiO2 by hydrolyzing the titanium sulfate. The experiment discusses the coating mechanism of kaolin/TiO2; and studies the theoretical calculation of the coating quantity of kaolin/TiO2; The laboratorial results have shown that the key factors influencing the TiO2 film forming effect are the density of matrix suspension, the temperature surface modification reaction,the stirring velocity. The experiments have indicated that the composite powder of better coating effect can be prepared on condition that the density of matrix suspension is 5%, the temperature surface modification reaction is 80 ℃ and the stirring velocity is 600 r/min.
