摘要
目的研究头帽颏兜治疗儿童前牙反牙合的方法,并探讨其临床疗效。方法使用头帽颏兜,双侧下颌施加650～950千克的后上方向矫形力,治疗44例儿童前牙反牙合,年龄3.5～10岁,平均年龄7.6岁,平均治疗时间4.1个月,治疗前后作头颅侧位片检查并行头影测量。结果治疗前后患者头影测量结果SNB,MP-FH和Co-Go明显减小(P<0.05),ANB角度显著增加(P<005)。结论头帽颏兜对儿童前牙反牙合具有确切疗效。
Objective To analysis the effects of chincap therapy for early anterior crossbite. Methods 44 patients anterior crossbite were treated by active chincap with bilateral force of 650-950 gram. Lateral cephalometric roentgenograms were taken before and after the treatment. Results Cephalometric parameters were significantly different （P 〈005） between before and after treatment in SNB, ABN, MPA and Co-Go. Conclusion Using chincup appliance could be effective and feasible for Class Ⅲ abnormality.
