摘要
目的研究乳腺癌中ER、PR、C-erbB-2的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移的相关性。方法采用PV-6000免疫组化法检测87例乳腺癌中ER、PR和C-erbB-2的表达情况,分析其与腋窝淋巴结转移的相关性。结果ER、PR为阳性组C-erbB-2阳性表达率低于ER、PR为阴性组;有淋巴结转移组中C-erbB-2阳性表达率高于淋巴结未转移组;ER、PR表达与腋窝淋巴结转移无相关性。结论C-erbB-2阳性者易出现淋巴结转移;联合检测ER、PR、C-erbB-2,对于乳腺癌的术后治疗具有指导意义,也是判断预后的可靠指标。
Objective To study the correlation of the expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 with axillary lymph node metastases. Methods Eightyseven cases of breast carcinoma were studied by means of PV-6000 immunohistochemistry and study the correlation of the expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 with axillary lymph node metastases. Results The positive rate of expression of C-erbB-2 in the cancers group with the expression of ER, PR was lower than that in the negative group （P〈0.05）. The positive rate of expression of C-erbB-2 in the group with the metastases of axillary lymph node was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group （P〈0.05）.Expression of ER, PR are not directly correlated with metastases of axillary lymph node （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Metastases of axillary lymph node is easy to develop at the patients of C-erbB-2 being positive. Measurement of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 in the breast cancers play an important role in the prognostic evaluation and guiding of clinical treatment.
