摘要
外商投资企业为保持其竞争优势,往往在投资区域采取根植的经营战略。笔者以大连市韩资企业与社会经济主体和网络内在联系为研究对象,重点分析企业组织、企业决策体系、雇佣及劳动惯行、政府和协会等支持机关的关系。最后,指出韩国企业在大连市区域根植化过程中存在的问题和政策性建议。
To maintain their competitive power, foreign-funded enterprises tend to adopt an embedded operational strategy. The article explores the relationship between Dalian＇ s ROK-funded firms, the main socio-economic sectors and the inter-organizational network, and analyzes these Korean businesses＇ organizational structure,decision-making mechanisms,employed labour force,as well as their relations with the local governmental organ and the producers＇ associations. Then it poses some problems and advances some proposals for these firms＇ regional embedded process.
