摘要
研究"教学型"本科院校"应用型"人才培养的创新教育问题,提出了与"研究型"大学及"技能型"学院进行"错位竞争"的创新教育策略。经过理论研究与改革实践,构建了基于"产学研"相结合的创新教育平台,初步形成了具有一定特色的创新教育教学新模式,并取得了良好的效果。
The problem of teaching-type undergraduate university how to train application-type innovative talents was studied, and then the creative teaching concept of dislocation competition with research-oriented university and skill-type university was put forward. After theoretical research and reform practice, the education platform of creative education was constructed based on the integration of production with studying and research. A new education and teaching mode of innovative talents was preliminarily formed, and it has gained a good effect.
