摘要
用PHA-L顺行追踪法观察大鼠肾上腺髓质内交感节前神经纤维的来源、走行和分布特征.结果表明,来自胸8~10节段脊髓侧柱分布到肾上腺髓质的交感节前神经纤维,随内脏大神经走行,而后又成为内脏大神经的分支进入并通过肾上腺神经节,向内下方走行,在肾上腺内侧缘分成2~3支后,分别在肾上腺被膜内走行一段距离或立即进入肾上腺.在皮质内无分支,以若干小神经束穿经皮质到达髓质;在髓质内以粗细不等的纤维分散走行在髓质细胞索之间,在走行中逐渐分为多种形态的终末支,有的为带为许多膨体的树枝状分支,有的为带有许多膨体的终末支形成丛状或网状,并且再分支分布于髓质细胞之间.
Phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin(PHA-L) was injected into T8-T10 segment of the spinal cord, and the projection pathway of preganglionic sympathetic nerve fibers and nerve terminals of the adrenal medulla in the rat were traced. The labeled nerve fibers travelled through the greater splanchnic nerves into the supraneral ganglion and passed through suprarenal ganglion and ar-rived at the internal edge of adrenal gland. The labeled fibers were than divided into three parts, entering the adrenal gland respectively. The nerve fibers directly travelled along the superficial part of adrenal gland and the fine nerve fibers perpendicularly to the cortex and branched into a few terminal endings in the medulla. There were thin and thick terminals spreading in the medul-la , and nerve teminals of various types bearing the varicosities were observed in the medulla sur-rounding chromaffin cells by basket of net plexus.
