摘要
高温水蒸汽处理在提高铁基粉末冶金零件力学性能、防腐蚀性及气密封性等方面得到了广泛的应用。文章针对铁基粉末冶金配流盘产品在蒸汽处理过程中出现的表面颜色发红质量问题,采用和颜色正常零件对比测试及试验的方法来进行分析,并提出改进措施,获得了好的配流盘蒸汽处理质量。
It is widely used to improve mechanical properties of iron-based powder metallurgy parts,defend causticity and air sealing by high-temperature steam treatment.According to the quality problem of iron-based powder metallurgy thrust plate the surface of red on steam treating,this article uses the method which tests with the color normal components contrast and experiments to carry on the analysis,proposes the improvement measure and gets the better quality of steam treatment.
