摘要
铟属于稀有金属,是一种重要的电子工业材料,在高新技术领域有着广泛的应用。但是铟资源是相当有限的,这对铟富集和回收的研究有着积极的意义。将ITO靶材废料,先经化学法处理提纯至99.5%的金属铟后,再经电解提纯至99.995%的金属铟,总回收率可达93%以上。该方法工艺流程短,操作简单,回收率高。
As a rare metal and an important material for electronic industry, Indium is widely applied in the high - tech fields. However, Indium resources are very limited, which cause that the enrichment and recovery of indium studies had a positive meaning. Respectively purifying the waste materials of ITO target by chemical treatment and the electrolysis, the Indium with a separately purity of 99.5 % and 99. 995 %, the total recovery rate of Indium over 93% are obtained. This method has a short process, simple operation and high recovery rate.
