摘要
课程是学生消费高等教育资源的基本单位,是高等学校一切办学行为和人财物资源配置的最终载体,是学校人才培养质量内涵建设水平的标志和落脚点,决定着学校品牌影响力与核心竞争力的形成。高校要树立质量是物质的概念,以课程为载体凝聚办学行为,单门课程以要素为单位进行建设,加强配置学生直接学习资源建设。
Curriculum is the basic unit of higher education recourses provided for students, the ultimate carrier of universities' running actions and resource allocation, the symbol and stay point of connotation construction of talent training quality and it decides the formation of a university's brand influence and core competence. So a university should establish the concept of quali- ty being substance and condense running actions based on curriculum. Single course should be constructed On the basis of element and improve the construction of direct learning resources.
