摘要
血管内超声是利用安装在心导管顶端的微型超声探头从管腔内观察血管形态学的新技术.为了解其对人体动脉实时显像的能力及定量定性的准确性,在自行设计的实验模型装置上对9段经生理压力固定的人离体外周动脉进行超声显像,然后将血管组织对应切片观察,对比二者结果发现:(1)血管内超声可准确测定动脉腔面积、周长、直径和厚度等重要参数,与组织学测值相关系数均在0.95以上(P<0.001);(2)肌性和弹性动脉组织学上的内、中、外三层膜性结构与超声显示的内、外两层强回声带和中层回声暗区相一致.提示血管内超声对于评估外周血管形态、结构及测定腔面积等参数有重要价值.
Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is a new technique in which high resolution images of the arterial wall are obtained by means of a miniaturized transducer mounted at the tip of the catheter placed within an artery. Using a self-made experimental model IVUS images of 9 peripheral arterial segments were evaluated in comparsion with corresponding histological finding. All arte-rial segments were fixed under physiological pressure. The results showed that ultrasound and histological measurements of the lumen cross-sectional area, diameter, perimeter and the thick-ness of the arterial wall were correlated significantly (r>0. 95, P<0. 001). IVUS images ob-tained from the muscular and elastic arteries consisted of the inner high echoic, the medial low e-choic and the outer high echoic layers, histologically corresponded to the three layers of the arte-rial wall. The results indicated that IVUS appeared to be of great potential value in assessing the morphological structure of peripheral arteries.
