全髋关节置换治疗髋臼骨折研究进展被引量：1

摘要髋臼骨折是骨盆骨折的一种特殊类型,同时又属关节内骨折,具备两者的临床特点和治疗要求,在处理上对每位医生提出了更高的要求。目前多主张解剖复位及坚强内固定治疗,并认为这是治疗髋臼骨折的金标准。但此法亦有其不足之处,即复位不佳、创伤性关节炎和股骨头缺血性坏死等发生率较高。
