摘要 湿法合成过碳酸钠之后的母液中仍含有一定量的过氧化氢和碳酸钠,为了提供该母液有效利用的相图理论指导,进行了15℃和25℃时Na2CO3-H2O2-H2O三元体系和Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O四元体系的相平衡研究。测定了上述体系的溶解度,并依据绘制相图,确定了合成过碳酸钠的适宜原料配比;分析了合成过碳酸钠后母液采用氯化钠盐析法进一步回收过氧化氢制过碳酸钠的适宜条件。通过相图计算得出,氯化钠盐析法能有效提高过碳酸钠的收率,可显著降低剩余母液中过氧化氢的含量,实现了减少过氧化氢分解损失和母液蒸发浓缩循环使用的目的。 At 15℃ and 25℃,the mutual solubilities in the ternary system Na2CO3-H2O2-H2O and quaternary system Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O2-H2O were measured and the phase equilibria of these two systems were investigated. Based on the phase diagram obtained,the suitable raw material ratio,Na2CO3 :H2O2,used for the sodium percarbonate synthesis was determined. Since there are certain amounts of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate remained in the residual mother liquor of the wet-method sodium percarbonate production,and in order to recover them,the sodium chloride salting out method was used to make them to salting out more sodium percarbonate. According to the phase diagram calculation,it shows that by using salting out method,the yield of sodium percarbonate can be increased effectively,and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide remained in the mother liquor after salting out can be decreased significantly. Then the intention of recycling reuse of the mother liquor by concentrating it via evaporation and at the same time without evident loss of hydrogen peroxide can be brought out.
