摘要
分析了空气预热器所用热管在使用过程中容易出现的几个问题及其产生的原因,列举了钢-水热管与钢-无机物热管的各项性能,对两种热管烟气余热回收量进行计算,最终得出钢-无机物热管优于钢-水热管的结论。
Some common problems in the application of heat pipe to air preheater and its reasons were analyzed. Respectively lists each property of steel - water heat pipe and steel - inorganic heat pipe, calculate the recovery quantity of residual heat from two kinds of heat pipe flue gas, drew the conclusion that the steel - inorganic heat pipe was better than steel -water heat pipe.
