摘要
在一个大气压下,测定了不同温度下蔗糖在乙醇—水溶液中的溶解度,并绘制出了蔗糖在乙醇溶液中的溶解度曲线和蔗糖—乙醇—水系三元相图,给水提醇沉中乙醇的添加提供了定量依据。
Sucrose solubility was measured in mixture of alcohol and water at different temperatures and different ethanol volume concentrations. Based on these measured data, sucrose solubility curve and sucrose - ethanol - water ternary phase diagram were drawn, the curve and phase diagram provide quantitative reference for sucrose＇ s application in alcohol - water mixture.
