抗生素骨水泥在大段骨缺损合并感染治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨抗生素骨水泥在大段骨缺损合并感染临床治疗中的应用效果,本文对2006年6月-2008年6月本科收治的因创伤所致长骨干大段骨缺损合并感染12例,临床在积极清创骨断端坏死感染组织,使用外固定架固定后,在缺损处放置含抗生素骨水泥填充支持,6~8周后行骨水泥取髂骨混合同种异体骨植骨术。结果术后无1例感染复发,创面无红肿,伤口均愈合良好,术后每3周复查,所有病例均在3个月时出现骨痂,骨折线模糊,显示骨性愈合良好。随访1~3年,平均1.4年,均获骨性愈合。通过制定合理的手术方案,抗生素骨水泥在大段骨缺损合并感染临床治疗中的应用可取得满意效果。
