摘要
连续扩招有力地促进了中等职业教育大发展。从公共政策的基本价值标准角度看,我国中等职业教育扩招政策的价值选择是加快我国职业教育改革与发展步伐,实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标,以及落实科学发展观,解决"三农"问题,调整教育结构,普及高中阶段教育的战略举措。中等职业教育较高的就业率、重点放在农村地区是中等职业教育扩招政策有效性的生动体现。
Continuous enrollment expansion has powerfully promoted the great development of secondary vocational education.From the view of basic value of public policy, value choice of China＇s enrollment expansion policy of secondary vocational education is the strategic measures to accelerate the pace of China＇s vocational education reform and development, and realize the grand goal of building a well-off society, as well as carry out the scientific development view, solve the ＂three agriculture＂ issue, adjust the education structure, popularize senior secondary education. Higher employment rate of secondary vocational education, with emphasis on rural areas, is a vivid expression of enrollment expansion policy effectiveness of secondary vocational education.
