摘要
通过对注射模标准模架的结构组成进行分析,建立了注射模标准模架的装配模型,并结合注射模的设计修改过程,建立了再设计关联网络,利用Pro/E的二次开发工具创建了注射模常用系列模架库,模具设计人员对其中少量的尺寸进行修改,就可以方便而快速地获取所需的标准模架,并可以避免设计修改过程中的遗漏问题,大大提高了注射模的设计效率,满足了实际生产的需要。
An assembly model of injection mould with standard mould bases is built on analyzing it s structure and an associated network of redesign is established by combining the process of modification in injection mould.At the same time,standard mould bases library of injection mould is created by redevelopment tools in Pro/E environment,which provide an efficient approach of choosing standard mould bases series conveniently and quickly for injection mould designer through modifying a few dimensions,and avoiding pretermission during the modification process. This can greatly improve the design efficiency of injection mould meet the real production requirement.
