摘要
建立预警系统是保障城市供水卫生的重要途径,而预警监测站的部署(选择合理的监测站个数和布局)又是建立供水预警系统所要解决的首要问题。根据平均预警时间最短原则构造优化目标函数,利用0-1整数规划对指定数量的监测站进行优化选址;对选址准则函数进行了理论分析和实验研究,提出了合理确定监测站数量的方法。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性,该方法可用以实现预警监测站的自动配置,达到预警系统安全性和经济性的较好平衡。
Establishing monitoring systems is an important sanitation way to guarantee urban water supply security and disposition of the monitoring station. In other words, selecting a reasonable number and layout of stations should be much concerned. In this paper, the optimal layout of a given number of stations is conducted with 0 - 1 integer programming method and principle of minimum average of warning time. And the optimal number of stations can be determined in view of the real situation. Experimental results indicate that this approach is capable of automatic disposition for monitoring stations.
