摘要
研制了基于C8051F的旁压试验记录仪,用于实时监测和记录旁压试验过程中的压力和注水体积等参数。监测数据采用液晶显示,可以根据试验情况设定不同的采样周期,并按照该采样周期自动保存试验数据到U盘中。采用基于555定时器的处理电路将注水体积转换为相应频率脉冲,极大地提高了注水体积的监测精度。本监测系统与原有机械仪表相比,具有测试精度高、自动化程度高、可靠性好、信息量大、抗干扰能力强等优点,成为工程勘测中旁压试验智能化的重要组成部分。
This recorder was developed base on SOC MCU (C8051F), it was used to monitor and recorder the parameters of the pressurement test. The monitoring parameters were displayed on a LCD screen and stored in U disk as the sampling period which was differently set according to the test conditions. The volume of water could be converted to the corresponding frequency pulse by the circuit which was based on 555 timer. In this way, the monitoring accuracy of the volume of water was increased greatly. Compared with the original' mechanical recorder, the system can satify with high accuracy, high automation, large storage, strong anti-interference, so it had been an important part for the intelligentized pressuremeter test.
