摘要
对凿岩机液压系统的工作原理、作业程序及故障特点进行了全面分析,运用数据库、BP神经网络以及专家系统等技术,开发了凿岩机液压系统故障诊断软件,并对其中的关键技术进行了分析。
The principle, working sequence and fault characteristic for hydraulic system of the rock drill were analyzed in this paper. Based on database, BP neural network and expert system, the fault diagnosis software for hydraulic system of the rock drill was developed. And, the key technology of realization was analyzed.
