摘要
文章评述了过去11年（1998-2008年）刊登在国内主要外语类期刊上有关英语测试信度和效度的重要研究，通过对所检索到符合标准的20篇文章分析得知：（1）在过去11年间，该研究总体上呈上升趋势，2006年达到巅峰；（2）研究内容多样化，但欠均衡；（3）测试的效度研究比较全面，测试的信度研究层面不足；4）研究方法多样化且科学合理。并在此基础上提出未来的研究建议。
This paper reviews domestic study of the reliability and validity of English test over the past 11 years （from 1998 to 2008）. Altogether 20 papers published in major Chinese ELT journals have been classified and analyzed. The survey shows that ： 1） in general, the study of the validity and reliability of English test develops steadily in the past 11 years, of which the study in 2006 reached the peak; 2} the major contents of the study are many and various, but the stress needs to be balanced; 3）there are thorough studies of test validity, but the angles of test reliability study need to be varied and improved 4） the research methods are various and rational. Further analysis reveals that some problems exist in contemporary research. Finally, suggestions for further research are proposed.
