摘要
我国基于互联网的IP电话发展很快,但缺乏统一的语音质量评价标准.本文论述了国际上较为流行的IP电话质量评价体系,以及主观评价和客观评价方法,并通过实际测试环境,说明了不同网络条件对于IP电话质量的影响.
China＇s Internet-based VoIP is being rapidly developed. But we are lack from all accepted standards for voice quali- ty evaluation. This article discusses about VoIP quality measurement which is in common use all over the world, including subjective evaluation and objective evaluation. Finally it introduce VoIP test environment, and demonstrate the effect on VoIP quality due to different network quality.
