摘要
根据机构运动学理论,采用数学解析的方法,对四杆机构中的典型构成RRR杆组进行了研究.通过对杆组各种结构形式的解析分析,获得杆组运动方程的表达式.针对RRR杆组两种不同的工作状态,对RRR杆组待求点的位置、速度、加速度和待求杆的角位置、角速度、角加速度等运动参数进行了详细分析,得出了RRR杆组已知参数和待求参数之间的关系,为平面连杆机构的运动学分析,提供了一种更为高效的分析方法.
A typical mechanism RRR bar-group is studied, based on the theory of kinematics and the method of mathematics analysis. Relevant kinematic equations are derived, and detail analysis about positions, velocities, accelerations, and angles, angular velocities, angular accelerations of bars as well as other kinematics parameters of RRR bar-group to be searched have been made in the paper. The relationships between known and unknown parameters of RRR bar-group have been determined according to different working states of RRR bar-group. The method in the paper provides a credible and more efficient method for the analysis of plane linkages.
