摘要
本文总结了我国钢铁企业信息化的发展历程和应用现状,指出钢铁企业在信息化规划、人员参与、实施路线及人才流失等方面存在的问题,并采用分类分析的方法,依据我国钢铁企业规模不同,分别针对大型钢铁企业和中小型钢铁企业展开深入分析并给出相应的信息化策略。
This paper describes the development and status of China steel enterprises informationization process and then it points out the problems in informationization planning, staff participation, implement mode and brain drain. Finally, in the countermeasure research, by using the classification analysis method, it classified the steel enterprises by the rules of scale to make deep analysis, given specific countermeasure for different enterprises.
