摘要
[目的]了解某喷漆房全面通风系统的有效性。[方法]在喷漆房通风系统正常运转的情况下对苯、甲苯、二甲苯、汽油、乙酸乙酯等进行职业病危害单项判定和岗位综合评价,对全面通风量、净化效果、通风系统运转前后职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)进行测定与评价。[结果]各岗位单项判定,通风系统运转前后职业病危害因素的浓度(或强度)变化、净化效果、换气次数符合卫生要求;全面通风量和各岗位控制风速,以及2号操作位综合评价结果不符合要求。[结论]该喷漆房存在职业病危害隐患,通风系统要从本质上达到防尘防毒最适化。
[Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of the overall ventilation system in a spray-painting room.[ Methods] In the case of normal operation of the ventilation system in a spray-painting room,benzene,toluene,xylene,gasoline,ethyl acetate,etc.were determined individually and evaluated comprehensively as occupational hazards.The overall ventilation rate, purification efficiency,occupational hazards concentration(or intensity)were measured and evaluated before and after operation of the ventilation system .[ Results] At all the individual working positions determined,the change of concentration(or intensity) of the occupational hazards before and after operation of the ventilation system,purification efficiency,and air quality changes were in line with the hygiene requirements.Overall ventilation rate and the controlling wind velocity at all working position,as well as the general evaluation results of the position No.2 did not meet the requirement.[ Conclusion] There was hidden danger. of the occupational hazards in spray-painting room,the ventilation system for dust and vapor prevention needs to be optimized.
