摘要 [目的]探讨高频超声在放射性白内障诊断中的应用价值。[方法]应用高分辨率超声诊断仪检测18例36眼放射性白内障患者的眼晶状体,分析晶状体形态及内部回声的改变。[结果]36眼放射性白内障声像图可分为三期:初起期、成熟期和过熟期。经眼科裂隙灯和手术病理证实,超声检查诊断符合率为94.44%。[结论]高频超声检查可以全面地了解晶状体的状况,是诊断放射性白内障的有效方法之一。 [Objective] To explore the possibility of ultrasound in diagnosing radiation cataract.[ Methods] Using 7.5 MHz high frequency ultrasonic probe,shape and interior echoes of 36 lenses of radiational cataract eyes from 18 cases were examined.Their ultrasonic characteristics were analyzed.[ Results] The ultrasonic appearences of radiational cataract might be classified into three stages:immature stage,mature stage and complete stage.The accuracy of sonography diagnosis was 94.44%.[Conclusion] The turbidity of the lens may be completely recognised with high frequency ultrasound.It is an effective way of diagnosing radiation cataract.
