摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定盐酸噻氯匹定及制剂的含量。原料药的重现性试验及制剂回收率试验ＲＳＤ均小于０．５％。
Ticlopidine hydrochloride and its capsules and tablets were determined by HPLC, using YWGC18H37 column, methanolsodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 3.0) (70∶30) as mobile phase, pheny1 benzoate as internal standard, and 268 nm as detection wavelength. The RSD of the replicate tests and the average recovery were not more than 0.5%.
