摘要
在综合分析电力系统电压崩溃事故的基础上,提出了一种新的避免系统电压失稳的甩负荷方案。该方案采用母线参与因子及线路参与因子作为反映母线电压稳定程度的指标来判断甩负荷的地点,并利用模糊推理方法来确定所甩的负荷量,计算速度快,适合于在线应用。文中对NewEngland10机39节点系统进行了测试,测试结果证明了该方案的有效性。
The paper proposes a new method to determine a viable load shedding scheme to avoid voltage collapse.In order to develop such a scheme,the bus participation factor and line participation factor are used as thevoltage stability index to determine the location of load shedding.The scheme also presents the amount of loadshedding to system operator by using fuzzy reasoning method.It is suitable for on-line application.The methodhas been tested in a 10-machine 39-node system and the results show the efficiency of the scheme.
