摘要
从电力系统稳定控制出发，分析了ＦＡＣＴＳ控制器的特点，根据控制器设计过程对电力系统信息提取和综合途径的不同，将ＦＡＣＴＳ装置的稳定控制策略分为基于系统内部结构、基于系统外部特征及综合智能控制三种方式，并概述了各种控制策略研究中所应用的稳定控制手段以及发展方向。
Concerning power system stability control,the characteristics of FACTS controllersare analyzed in this paper.According to the ways of extracting and synthesizing the powersystem's information,the paper discusses the stability control strategies using FACTS devices.These strategies are divided into three types :system interior structure based control mode,system external characteristics based control mode and integrated intelligence based controlmode.A review on the recent developments of stability control using FACTS devices is also presented.
