摘要
采用不同含量的氰酸酯(CE)改性环氧树脂(EP)并制备了CE/EP/有机粘土(OMMT)三元纳米复合材料,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)表征了其共固化过程和微观结构,测试了力学性能。结果表明,有机粘土(OMMT)的加入不影响CE/EP的固化过程,OMMT片层在三元纳米复合材料中呈现良好的插层/解离结构。当OMMT质量分数为3%时,少量CE(5 phr)改性的三元纳米复合材料的冲击强度可达42.4 kJ/m2,相对于纯EP提高32%,弯曲强度和热稳定性也可以得到提高。
A new type of ternary nanocomposites were prepared by the modified epoxy resin(EP) with small amount of Cyanate ester(CE) and organic clay(OMMT).The co-curing process and micro-structure of the obtained products were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) etc,and the mechanical properties were also tested by different methods.Results show that the curing process of CE/EP were not changed by the OMMT,and a finely intercalated or exfoliated structure of OMMT clay layers axe achieved. Impact strength of ternary nanocomposites with 3wt% OMMT content is enhanced to 42.4 kJ/m2 from 32.1 kJ/m2, which is about 32% higher than that of pristine epoxy. The flexural strength, thermal stability and dynamic modulus of the ternary nanocomposites can also be increased.
