湿热对环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料电性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Hydrothermal on Electrical Properties of Epoxy/Glass Fiber Composites

摘要 研究了缩水甘油醚类(E-51)和缩水甘油胺类多官能度环氧树脂(WHUT-170)/玻璃纤维复合材料湿热老化处理后的电性能。结果表明:样品在100℃沸水中处理3 h后,E-51复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗分别增大12.1%和619.3%,表面电阻率和体积电阻率分别减小92.2%和94.2%,变化幅度均比WHUT-170大;样品在温度为75℃、湿度为75%湿热老化处理过程中,复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗明显增加,表面电阻率和体积电阻率降低了1个数量级,E-51复合材料电性能比WHUT-170变化显著;由此可以看出WHUT-170复合材料湿热老化处理后绝缘性能更高。 The electrical properties of glycidol ether(E-51) epoxy and glycidol amine multi-functional epoxy(WHUT-170)/glass fiber composites under the hydrothermal aging are researched in this article.The results show that the dielectic constant and the dielectric loss of E-51 composites increases by 12.1% and 619.3%,respectively,after the sample treated in the boiling water of 100 ℃ for 3 h,while the surface and bulk resistivity of composites decreases by 92.2% and 94.2%.The variation of electrical properties in E-51/glass fiber composites is more obvious than that of WHUT-170/glass fiber composites. The dielectic constant and the dielectric loss in the sample of hydrothermal aging treated with temperature of 75℃ and humidity of 75 % increases obviously, the surface and bulk resistivity of composites decreases by 1 order of magnitude. The variation of electrical properties is distinct in E-51/glass fiber eomposites. It is known that the WHUT-170 composites are provided with high insulation properties after hydrothermal aging disposal.
