机加工艺参数对GF/E螺栓连接强度的影响

Effects of Drilling Paramenters on Hole Quality and Bearing Strength of GF/E Laminate Bolted Connection

摘要 研究了机加工艺参数(转速、进给量)对GF/E层合板孔微观形貌及螺栓连接强度的影响。实验选取了几组转速、进给量参数,结果表明:转速较大和较小时制孔形貌较好,具体为转速为200 r/min和2 000 r/min时孔表面微观损伤较小,孔面比较光滑;进给量对孔微观形貌也有一定影响,但较转速的影响小,具体为进给量越小孔微观形貌越好。转速对挤压强度的影响规律与对孔形貌的影响一致,为转速较大和较小时,挤压强度较高,但进给量对挤压强度却几乎没有影响。 The effects of drilling(speed of rotation、amount of feed) on hole quality and bearing strength of GF/E laminate are researched in this article.A number of drilling parameters are elected in this experiment.The results show that(1) the hole is better when the speed of rotation is faster or slower.For example,when the speed of rotation is 200 r/min or 2 000 r/min the hole is smooth and laminate has little demagnification.(2) When the amount of feed is smaller the hole is better.(3) The speed of rotation has the same effects on bearing strength as the hole. The faster or slower speed of rotation is good. (4) The amount of feed doesn' t affect the bearing strength of GF/E laminate.
