摘要
采用裂解气相色谱-质谱联用法(PyGC-MS),对氨酚醛树脂进行了研究。优化了PyGC-MS研究酚醛树脂的实验条件。通过分析酚醛树脂的裂解碎片,得到树脂各自的酚单体,甲基酚单体及单体之间连接情况。并得到了氨酚醛的投料比与热解性能的关系。
Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography Mass(PyGC-MS) is applied to research the ammonia catalyzed phenolic resin.Firstly,experimental condition is confirmed for phenolic resin.Then the pyrolysis of different formaldehyde/phenolic(F/P) ratio resin are analyzed,we can find phenol,cresol and that of homologue and the mode of different monomer.The results shows that the ratio of the formaldehyde/phenolic(F/P) has a distinct influence on the pyrolysis behavior.
