摘要
电器稳定发热计算的等效热网络法,为结构复杂及场路混合的电器热设计提供了一种高效准确的有效途径。以往的热网络计算中采用热件平均温升下对应的电阻率,并认为是常数,与实际热件的温升分布不相符合。本文提出了考虑金属电阻温度系数效应的网络数学模型,可以更准确方便地计算热件内部的最高温升和热流分布。分析讨论了不同典型热件的等效热网络间的内在联系和物理意义,进一步完善了电器稳定发热计算等效热网络法的理论体系。
The method of equivalent network for calculating steady heat of electric apparatus is used to provide an efficient and exact way for heat design of complex electric apparatus.The resistivity corresponding to the average temperature rise of heating components was adopted in the previous calculation of heating network and considered as a constant,which does not fit the actual temperature distribution.This paper offers a network mathematical model of considering the distribution effect of metal resistance temperature factor.It can calculates the distribution of highest temperature and heating flow more exactly and conveniently.The internal logic and physics between the equivalent networks of different typical apparatus heating components are analyzed.
